DELIVERY
When ordering, the customer must specify:

- personal data – both names and contact phone number
Beauty Profi EOOD confirms the accepted order by e-mail or by phone.
The delivery time of available products is from 1 to 3 working days.

- in case of payment by bank transfer we send the goods immediately after receiving the amount by bank transfer.
The goods are delivered by Speedy courier company from Speedy’s office to the customer’s office convenient to Speedy or to the address indicated by the customer. At the request of the client, the delivery can be made with any of the courier companies operating on the territory of Bulgaria.
Delivery is at the rate of the selected courier company. The price of the courier service depends on the weight of the goods.
For orders with cash on delivery up to BGN 50 is approximately BGN 5-8, over BGN 50 the courier service is BGN 7-9 (to the courier’s office).
Replacement or return of items is carried out at the expense of the customer.
PAYMENTS
METHODS OF PAYMENT:
– cash on delivery – to the courier upon receipt of delivery.

For this purpose it is necessary to make a bank transfer to the account of Beauty Profi EOOD. If you want the payment to be made by bank transfer following the stages of the order, click on the “bank transfer” button. You will receive our bank account at the e-mail address specified in the order, to which you can make the transfer, after confirming the availability and other details of the order. The order will be executed after receipt of the translation.
